Qualifications

• Valid Michigan teaching certificate (Elem or Sec) with Math EX and Science DX/DI endorsements.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
• Additional certification in another subject area preferred.
• Prior Jr.-Sr. High School teaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Instructs students using district-approved curriculum and develops clear objectives.
• Uses varied assessments to measure growth and communicates progress to families.
• Maintains a safe, organized classroom and adheres to district policies.
• Engages with students, parents, staff and community to support high achievement.
