Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of event coordination experience.
• Strong organization and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal meetings, training courses and events from planning to execution.
• Manage attendee logistics, hotels, flights, transportation, and calendar invites.
• Collaborate with teams to gather event needs and track deliverables.
• Handle event requests, plans, records and action items; improve processes.
• Coordinate with hotels, caterers and vendors for services.
• Track budgets and expenses; process invoices and card coding.
• Provide on-site support for events and AV needs.
• Support special projects related to events, brand and marketing.
