Job summary

Autism 360 in Charlotte, NC is seeking an energetic Human Resources Manager to be the visible HR leader at our University Area center. The role blends people support with day‑to‑day operations, including interviewing, onboarding, coaching, attendance issues, and partnering with leadership to keep the center running smoothly.

This onsite position requires local travel to support in-home evaluations and community visits, with a driver’s license and reliable transport.

Qualifications

• Experience in human resources or people operations, with strong employee relations.
• Ability to handle sensitive conversations with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the go-to HR resource for employees and center leadership.
• Interview candidates, onboard new hires, and support employee development.
• Partner with center leadership on attendance, performance, and safety.
• Coordinate with Scheduling, Intake, and Clinical Leadership to maintain smooth operations.
