Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years related hospitality or service experience.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.

• Proficient in POS systems.
• Positive attitude with attention to detail.
• Able to handle cash and payments accurately.
• Flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with a smile and maintain eye contact.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and other departments.
• Provide guests with a professional, friendly service that meets company standards.
• Apply knowledge of service sequence for each guest.
• Use the POS system to coordinate orders and payments.
• Stock and organize bar area with beverages and supplies.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation.
• Develop knowledge of products, daily specials, and stock status.
• Ensure proper pouring, mixing, and drink preparation.
• Keep bar area clean, organized, and compliant with policies.
• Follow alcohol service policies and handle guest concerns.
