Responsibilities

• Adheres to all departmental policies regarding guest service.
• Greets guests in a friendly manner and arranges seating.
• Handles guest waiting lists or reservations.
• Operates cash register and maintains financial controls.
• Supervises the restaurant in the absence of the Supervisor/Manager.
