Job summary

OTO Development is seeking a server to join our hospitality team. You will adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol service protocols while delivering friendly, attentive service to guests.

Responsibilities include taking and transmitting orders, assisting kitchen and bar staff, delivering food and accompaniments, and handling payments. Night and weekend availability is required for this physically demanding role.

Qualifications

• Experience taking orders, serving food, cleanup, event setup/service, and assisting with food prep.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends.
• Stand for long periods and lift heavy trays.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol service protocol.
• Maintain a friendly, courteous demeanor to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Transmit orders to bar and kitchen, recording guest choices and offering recommendations as needed.
• Keep kitchen staff informed on times, updates, or changes to orders.
• Serve orders by delivering from kitchen/bar and provide accompaniments and condiments.
• Issue bills and collect payment (room charges, credit cards, or cash).
• Assist other servers as needed.
