Job summary

OTO Development is seeking a personable Server to join our hotel dining team. You will uphold sanitation standards, greet guests, and guide them through menus with thoughtful recommendations.

The role emphasizes fast-paced service, accuracy in orders, and teamwork. You’ll interact with bar and kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery, manage payments, and support events as needed.

Responsibilities

• Transmit orders to bar and kitchen by recording guests' choices and give knowledgeable recommendations as necessary.
• Keep the kitchen staff informed on times, updates, or any changes that need to be made to guest’s orders.
• Serve orders by picking up and delivering guests' choices from the kitchen/bar and deliver accompaniments and condiments as needed.
• Issue bills & collects payment; including room charges, credit card payments, or cash payments with the correct change returned.
• Assist other servers as needed.
