Job summary

OTO Development is seeking a server to join our hospitality team. You will adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol service protocols while delivering friendly, attentive service to guests.

Responsibilities include taking and transmitting orders, assisting kitchen and bar staff, delivering food and accompaniments, and handling payments. Night and weekend availability is required for this physically demanding role.

• Assist other servers as needed.

We are pleased to announce a wonderful opportunity for a Server.

What will you be doing most days?

• Adhere to all sanitation, safety, and alcohol service protocol
• Consistently hold a friendly, relaxing, and courteousness demeanor that makes guests feel comfortable to ensure satisfaction
• Transmit orders to bar and kitchen by recording guests' choices and gives knowledgeable recommendations as necessary
• Keep the kitchen staff informed on times, updates, or any changes that need to be made to guest’s orders
• Serve orders by picking up and delivering guests' choices from the kitchen/bar and deliver accompaniments and condiments as needed
• Issue bills & collects payment; including room charges, credit card payments, or cash payments with the correct change returned
• Assist other servers as needed

Physical Requirements For This Position

This is a physically demanding position. You must be comfortable standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods of time.
