Responsibilities

• Work with branch office to promote home loan products.
• Handle referrals and provide follow-up.
• Develop referral contacts (realtors, builders, professionals).
• Maintain knowledge of loan products, processing procedures, and underwriting guidelines.
• Take borrower applications and transmit to processor.
• Use daily rates, credit reports, and DU responses for processing.
• Collect documents and deliver loan packages to processor.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and manage expectations.
• Attend lending meetings as required.
• Complete BSA/AML and other compliance training.
• Maintain alertness and work safely.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
