Job summary

Fusion Academy Los Gatos is seeking a full-time Spanish Teacher for our in-person campus. This role supports students in grades 6–12, teaching Spanish 1 through 3 and delivering a student-centered program that reflects our learner outcomes.

A Bachelor's Degree is required, with a strong Spanish background; teaching credentials are a plus. The ideal candidate mentors students, differentiates instruction, maintains records, communicates with parents, and contributes to a dynamic campus community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required with strong Spanish background.
• Experience teaching Spanish 1–3 to grades 6–12; credentials a plus.
• Ability to mentor students with learning differences and ADHD.

Responsibilities

• Teach Spanish 1–3 to grades 6–12 on a one-to-one basis.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learner needs.
• Maintain complete and accurate student records.
• Communicate regularly with parents about progress.
• Contribute to campus community and culture.
• Provide mentoring and ongoing professional development.
