Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

• Demonstrated knowledge of high school Chemistry and TEKS.
• Strong instructional, classroom-management, assessment, and differentiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver daily Chemistry instruction aligned with TEKS.
• Develop lessons covering chemistry content areas: atomic structure, bonding, stoichiometry, reactions, and gas laws.
• Supervise and plan laboratory investigations with emphasis on safety and student inquiry.
• Assess student progress with formative and summative methods and provide timely feedback.
• Maintain accurate student records and support readiness for advanced science coursework.
