Job summary

Aloft Lake Nona in Orlando, FL is seeking a Server to deliver friendly, efficient service in our food and beverage outlets. You will take orders, deliver meals and drinks, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma, prior hospitality experience, and POS familiarity. You must be 21+, able to read English, and able to work evenings, weekends, or holidays; ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior hospitality experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of high-volume restaurant serving experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of food & beverage experience preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Must be 21 years of age and able to obtain OLCC card and Food Handlers permit.

Responsibilities

• Take guests' orders using table numbers and order sheets.
• Enter orders accurately into POS systems.
• Serve food and beverages to guests and ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare condiments, brew coffee, and stock work stations.
• Monitor tables for guest satisfaction and accuracy of bills.
