Fitness Ventures LLC (Crunch Fitness) is seeking a Group Fitness Instructor to lead engaging, safe, and results-driven group exercise sessions for members of all fitness levels. The ideal candidate will deliver energetic workouts, ensure participant safety, and support club goals through excellent customer service and collaboration with staff.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching group exercise to varied fitness levels.
• Strong knowledge of exercise science and proper technique.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and engage groups in dynamic fitness environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a variety of group fitness classes in a safe, effective, and motivating manner.
• Design and deliver workouts accommodating participants of varying fitness levels.
• Provide modifications and progressions to ensure safety and success.
• Demonstrate correct techniques and monitor participants to promote safe movement.
• Maintain energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism throughout all classes.
• Foster a welcoming, inclusive environment for all members and guests.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the club positively.
• Promote group fitness offerings and collaborate with staff to boost engagement.
• Attend meetings, training, and events as required.
