Qualifications
- Minimum age 18.
- Experience teaching group exercise to varying levels.
- Strong knowledge of exercise science and programming.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and engage groups.

Responsibilities
- Lead a variety of group fitness classes in a safe, effective, and motivating manner.
- Design and deliver engaging workouts for different fitness levels.
- Provide modifications and progressions to ensure safety and success.
- Demonstrate correct techniques and monitor participants for safe movement.
- Maintain high energy and professionalism throughout classes.
- Foster a welcoming, inclusive environment and build member relationships.
- Promote group fitness offerings and contribute to club events and initiatives.
