Job summary

Exos is seeking a Group Exercise Instructor in San Francisco to lead dynamic fitness classes and develop innovative routines for participants. You will maintain a professional, on-time presence and motivate attendees with a positive attitude.

The role requires at least one year of group exercise leadership, a national certification, and CPR/AED—First Aid is a plus. This is a part-time position with exempt and non-exempt benefits as applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience actively leading successful group exercise classes.
• Current nationally accredited group exercise certification (e.g. AFAA, ACE, ACSM, NETA).
• Instructors teaching licensed/branded formats (e.g. Zumba, Yoga) must be trained and licensed to teach those formats.
• Current CPR/AED certification; First Aid certification is strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead fitness classes and create engaging group exercise sessions.
• Deliver fresh, innovative routines.
• Maintain professionalism, reliability, and punctuality in the studio.
• Motivate participants and foster a positive class atmosphere.
• Collaborate with the team and adapt leadership style as needed.
