Exos is seeking a dynamic Group Exercise Instructor in Ashburn, VA for a part-time role. You will lead engaging group classes, tailor routines for diverse fitness levels, and provide modifications to ensure safety and enjoyment for all participants.

The position emphasizes motivational leadership, clear communication, and a passion for fitness, with structured support and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience leading group exercise classes.
• Current nationally accredited group exercise certification required.
• CPR/AED certification mandatory; First Aid preferred.
• Instructors teaching licensed/branded formats must be trained and licensed for those formats.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire in a group setting.
• Passion for fitness and healthy lifestyle promotion.

Responsibilities
