Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Experience teaching group exercise classes to varied fitness levels.
• Strong knowledge of exercise science, fitness programming, and proper technique.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a variety of group fitness classes safely, effectively, and with high energy.
• Design workouts for participants of varying fitness levels and abilities.
• Provide exercise instruction, modifications, and progressions for safety and success.
• Demonstrate proper techniques and monitor participants for safe movement.
• Foster a welcoming environment and engage members to promote continued participation.
• Promote group fitness offerings, events, and personal training programs.
• Collaborate with instructors and staff to enhance the fitness community.
• Attend team meetings, trainings, and continuing education.
• Support club initiatives to increase engagement and retention.
