Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a passionate Group Fitness Instructor to join our team in Dallas, TX. You will deliver high-energy group classes and help members stay motivated on their fitness journeys, delivering an inclusive and engaging class experience.

Ideal candidates have proven experience leading diverse classes, nationwide certification, and CPR/AED certification. You will participate in meetings and manage attendance while promoting our brand through our instructor portal

Qualifications

• Experience teaching exercise classes for clients of all levels (bootcamp, Kickboxing, Zumba, TRX, Sculpt, Yoga, Pilates, Cycle, POUND, HIIT).
• Nationally Accredited Group Fitness Certification required (AFAA, ACE, NASM preferred).
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-energy, inclusive group fitness classes that members love.
• Help members achieve their fitness goals on their journey.
• Respond with care to any member issues concerning group fitness classes.
• Track class attendance numbers accurately.
• Participate in weekly emails and quarterly staff meetings.
• Be involved with the instructor portal and social media for updates and brand promotions.
