Job summary

HealthFitness seeks a Group Class Instructor to lead fun, safe group exercise at our corporate client site in Boston, MA. You will deliver programs such as dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp, and circuit to program participants on a per‑week basis or as needed.

Applicants must hold a current group exercise certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT or other NCCA accredited body and have CPR/AED and First Aid certifications within 30 days of hire; 2+ years' experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Certification as group exercise instructor (ACE, AFAA, ACSM, NASM, NCCPT or equivalent).
• CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging, safe, and effective group exercise (dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp, circuit).
• Deliver classes as scheduled or on an as-needed basis while ensuring participant safety.
