Job summary

OT Group Holdings, LLC’s Orangetheory Fitness studio in North Carolina seeks a part-time Coach to deliver high-energy, science-based workouts and create an inclusive member experience. You will coach groups, support sales and retention, and help maintain studio standards.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1 year group fitness or personal training, and a current Orangetheory fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA or equivalent).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of group fitness training or personal training experience.
• Current Orangetheory Fitness approved fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Deliver an engaging, high-energy group workout experience for all members each class session.
• Provide a welcoming, inclusive, and motivating experience for all members and guests.
• Accurately complete and maintain required member documentation using company systems.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development.
• Conduct studio tours, communicate membership options, and respond to questions.
• Support achievement of sales goals through outreach and lead generation.
