Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a full-time Coach to lead engaging, high-energy group workouts and provide exceptional member service at our Ohio studio. You will drive member engagement, explain program options, and support sales and retention efforts while upholding Orangetheory standards.

The role requires at least 1 year in group fitness or personal training, current OT fitness certification, and strong communication skills. A supportive, energetic environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• 1+ year group fitness or personal training experience.
• Current Orangetheory Fitness approved fitness certification (NASM/ACE/ACSM/NSCA or equivalent).
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or client-facing roles preferred (0–1 year).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high-energy group workouts for all members.
• Provide a welcoming, inclusive coaching experience and reflect Orangetheory brand standards.
• Accurately process sales transactions, including cash and credit card payments, with integrity and attention to detail.
• Support achievement of member engagement and retention through proactive communication and service.
