Job summary

The Golf Pro at Columbia Super Range, affiliate of Columbia Athletic Clubs, participates in the golf program and drives revenue, program development, and marketing ideas for the facility. You will deliver safe, current, and engaging golf programs, lessons, camps and clinics while maintaining high professional standards for our golf team.

Reports to the GM and works part-time with a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of golf industry principles and equipment.
• Ability to instruct individuals and groups clearly.
• Strong organizational skills for paperwork and record-keeping.
• Willingness to work varied schedules including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Teach lessons in accordance with Columbia Super Range standards.
• Promote the Columbia Super Range, Columbia Athletic Clubs facilities, programs and lessons in keeping with our mission statement and core values.
• Support the General Manager in running the facility.
• Generate lesson & program revenue - Develop, design and implement golf programs and lessons. Includes preparation of monthly programs, calendar, group lessons, promotional material and marketing.
• Maintain professionalism and standards of pros continuing education.
• Handle record-keeping for lessons, programs and camps.
