Team Honey Badger, the Domino's franchise group, is seeking a General Manager for our Papillion store. You will lead daily operations, coach employees, and ensure customers receive the quality and service Domino's is known for.

You don't need to know pizza day one—we'll teach you that and help you build a strong team. As a hands-on leader, you’ll manage scheduling, labor, and food costs, drive performance, and develop future leaders while upholding brand standards and a positive work

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous leadership or management experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license, registration, and insurance

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members
• Create a positive and productive work environment
• Manage scheduling, labor, and food costs
• Maintain high standards for food quality and customer service
