Job summary

Syracuse University is seeking a Temporary Game Day Event Staff member to support varsity athletics events on campus. The role requires regular in-person presence, with evenings and weekends scheduled as needed and events possibly extending into late hours.

Pay is $16.00 per hour, non-exempt, with hours to be determined. Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience, and will work with facility and event staff to ensure smooth game-day operations.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in the area you are looking to work (i.e., PA, scoreboard).

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the event site 60 minutes to 45 minutes before the start and stay until completion.
• Have two plus years of experience in the area in which you are looking to work (PA, scoreboard).
• Assist with events such as music production, scoring and event support.
• Employees will be scheduled by an assigner based on needs of the Syracuse University Athletic department.
