Job summary

Divers Direct in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Full-Time Fulfillment & Sales Associate to support receiving, inventory, and sales floor duties on a Monday–Friday schedule. The role blends fulfillment responsibilities with active customer service on the sales floor, with a focus on accuracy and organization.

Team members will replenish merchandise, assist customers, and help wherever needed to ensure smooth store operations and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience; 6 months of sales or related experience preferred.
• Experience in receiving, fulfillment, stockroom, inventory, or related areas preferred.
• Strong organization, accuracy, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, open, and process incoming merchandise.
• Check incoming merchandise against orders for accuracy.
• Process and fulfill customer and store orders accurately and efficiently.
• Facilitate store-to-store merchandise transfers.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and required documentation.
• Help maintain inventory control and identify discrepancies.
• Organize merchandise within receiving, fulfillment, and stock areas.
• Ensure merchandise is replenished and brought to the sales floor promptly.
• Receive and process returned merchandise and document accordingly.
• Price, tag, and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Stock and replenish merchandise throughout the store.
• Maintain a clean, safe receiving and fulfillment area.
• Support the sales floor and assist customers as needed.
