Job summary

Bagelmania Convention in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a professional Front of House Supervisor to bring energy and efficiency to our high-volume operation.

You will lead the front of house team, manage scheduling, hiring, training, guest service and sanitation, and support catering orders and events as needed.

This role requires at least two years of supervisory experience in a full-service restaurant and the ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of supervisory experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Demonstrated sense of urgency and ability to prioritize and delegate tasks.
• Professionalism and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the front of house team and ensure compliance with all restaurant policies, procedures and standards.
• Assist with scheduling, hiring, training, guest service, cleanliness, payroll and complaint resolution.
• Coordinate efficient and courteous service of food and beverage, ensuring plating meets specifications.
• Uphold all cash handling procedures.
• Lead employees with a positive attitude and coach them to their fullest potential.
