Job summary

Bagelmania in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a friendly host for morning/daytime hours to warmly greet guests and guide seating. You will keep guests informed about waits, assist with reservations, and coordinate with servers and bartenders to ensure a smooth flow.

This part-time position requires clear English communication and a willingness to work mornings and weekends. Candidates must be 18+, legally eligible to work in the U.S., and able to obtain a SNHD Food Handler and Alcohol Awareness card.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Communicate clearly and effectively in English.
• Bi-lingual a plus.
• Legally able to work within State and Federal guidelines.
• Sense of urgency and prioritization.
• Must obtain a SNHD Food handlers card and Alcohol Awareness card.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet all guests upon arrival.
• Keep guests updated on wait times, available seating, and their places in the queue.

• Make guest reservations, or large party reservations, where applicable.
• Seat guests based on guest preference and balancing of customer flow in service stations.

• Provide guests with menus, ensure table is properly set, provide server’s name, and the diligence of willingness to help.
• Communicate with servers, bussers, and bartenders as needed.
• Maintain clean and orderly storage and entry areas.
• Thank guests as they leave, invite them to return.
• Abide by company policies regarding food service.
• Other duties as assigned

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
