• Lead, coach, train, and motivate Front of House team members.

• Manage front-of-house flow during busy periods for speed and quality.
• Address guest questions and resolve issues promptly.
• Support scheduling, staffing, and labor cost monitoring.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and training.
