Job summary

Five Guys Burgers and Fries is seeking a General Manager for an on-site, fast-paced environment. You will lead a motivated team, manage daily operations, inventory, staffing, and customer service while ensuring food safety and profitability.

Requires at least 2 years of GM experience in the restaurant industry and strong leadership and communication skills. Competitive pay starts at $55,000 with bonuses, plus comprehensive benefits and paid training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a General Manager in the restaurant industry.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations with a run it like it's your own mindset.
• Manage inventory and control food and supply costs (COGS).
• Create schedules and oversee labor management.
• Hire, train, coach, and motivate a dedicated team.
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Handle cash management responsibly.
