NAPA Auto Parts is seeking an skilled and energetic Warehouse Equipment Operator to join our growing team of professionals. Our equipment operators perform many different tasks; for example, receiving, replenishing, picking, and loading product as it is picked.

Join a fast-paced distribution environment where safety, accuracy, and efficiency matter. You will operate powered equipment, stage orders, and help maintain orderly warehouse operations in compliance with OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
• 6 months prior work experience is a plus.
• 6 months of prior Powered Industrial Equipment preferred.
• Able to speak clearly and listen attentively.
• Capable of recognizing letters and numbers and remembering sequences; basic math skills required.
• Should have basic computer usage skills.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stack and stage product using power equipment and inspect equipment daily.
• Receiving/Putaway: unload inbound shipments and store product correctly.
• Order Picking: pull and prepare product for shipment.
• Loading: move product from staging to trailers or containers.
• Operate equipment (Reach Truck, Order Selector, Forklift) safely per OSHA standards.
• Ensure inbound/outbound shipments are accurate and damage-free.
• Maintain inventory records and assist in physical inventories.
• Keep work area clean, safe and secure; follow safety programs.
• Support safety initiatives and adapt to changes in procedures.
