WeSource is currently seeking Forklift Operators to join our team in Fayetteville, NC. You will operate a forklift to move materials and products around our facility. You will also assist in assembling components, packaging materials, and sorting products manually to complete various projects.

The ideal candidate has proven forklift experience, a valid certification, and a strong commitment to safety. This role requires teamwork in a fast-paced environment and attention to detail in quality

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a forklift operator.
• Valid forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift to transport materials and products.
• Assist in assembling components, packaging, and sorting products manually.
• Maintain clean and tidy workspace and label containers.
• Wrap and secure packaging; weigh and record containers' details.
• Monitor conveyors, adjust speed, and ensure accurate packaging records.
• Inspect materials at each packaging step for quality.
