WeSource is seeking a Forklift Operator to join our Fayetteville, NC team. You will operate a forklift to move materials, assist in assembling components, packaging materials, and sorting products manually to complete projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Forklift Operator or in a similar role.
• Valid certification to operate a forklift.
• Safety-focused with strict adherence to procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with the capability to inspect materials, products, and containers for quality compliance.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift to transport materials and products
• Assist in assembling components, packaging materials, and sorting products manually
• Clean packaging containers and maintain a tidy workspace
• Line and pad crates, assemble cartons, and label containers
• Obtain and sort products efficiently
• Wrap protective material around products as needed
• Start, stop, and regulate conveyor speed
• Weigh containers accurately and adjust quantities
• Seal containers securely using nails, glue, or bands
• Sort bundles or filled containers with precision
• Pack products according to specific arrangements or selections
• Inspect material, products, and containers at each packaging step to ensure quality compliance
• Record essential information such as weight, time, and date packaged
• Unpack containers of products and assemble components into finished displays, kits, or products
