Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift to transport materials and products.
• Assist in assembling components, packaging materials, and sorting products manually.
• Clean packaging containers and maintain a tidy workspace.
• Line and pad crates, assemble cartons, and label containers.
• Obtain and sort products efficiently.
• Wrap protective material around products as needed.
• Start, stop, and regulate conveyor speed.
• Weigh containers accurately and adjust quantities.
• Seal containers securely using nails, glue, or bands.
• Sort bundles or filled containers with precision.
• Pack products according to specific arrangements or selections.
• Inspect material, products, and containers at each packaging step to ensure quality compliance.
• Record essential information such as weight, time, and date packaged.
• Unpack containers of products and assemble components into finished displays, kits, or products.
