Responsibilities

• E-file in State and Federal Court systems.
• Record and track billable time per client guidelines.
• Draft transmittal letters and prepare legal documents.
• Investigate facts, and assist attorneys with case preparation.
• Prepare, format, cite-check, and file pleadings, notices, and motions.
• Monitor deadlines and maintain litigation calendars.
