Job summary

Flanigan’s is seeking a server who can provide friendly, efficient guest service while maintaining high safety and sanitation standards. You will accurately take and enter orders, handle payments, and deliver items to guests in a timely manner.

The role requires stamina to stand for long shifts, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and flexibility to work varied hours in a fast-paced environment. Florida Vendor and food safety certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Able to stand/walk for the full shift.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Florida Responsible Vendor program completion.
• Food safety certification completion.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Follows all safety and sanitation policies and training.
• Support other staff with table appearance and running service.
• Knowledgable about Food & Beverage menus and promotions and answer questions clearly.
• Enter orders accurately into POS system.
• Retrieve and deliver orders to guests in a timely manner.
• Process payments and ensure correct transactions.
• Handle shift changes and opening/closing duties.
• Pack and verify all ToGo orders with guests.
• Greet guests at curbside pickup area.
