Job summary

Flanigan’s is hiring staff to deliver friendly guest service in a fast-paced environment. You will know menus, promotions, and answer guest questions while accurately entering orders into the POS system.

Responsibilities include handling payments, delivering orders promptly, performing opening/closing duties, and ensuring ToGo accuracy. Candidates must pass Florida Vendor and food safety certs, with a 5-day work week and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Adhere to safety and sanitation policies.
• Provide friendly, efficient guest service.
• Know menus, promos, and answer guest questions clearly.
• Enter orders accurately into the POS.
• Deliver orders from kitchen/bar to tables or guests.
• Process payments and give correct change.
• Handle shift changes and side work.
• Verify ToGo orders with guests.
• Assist curbside pickup guests.
• Stand/walk for full shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Speak, read and write English; read guest checks.
• Complete Florida vendor and food safety certs.
• Flexible hours; fast-paced environment; 5 day week.

• Greet guests at curbside pickup area.
• Physical ability to stand/walk full shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work in a fast-paced setting with a 5-day work week.
