Shakopee-Mdewakanton-Sioux Community is seeking an energetic Food Runner to connect the kitchen with dining areas, ensuring timely, accurate, high-quality meals. You will support service flow across golf suites, dining room, and event spaces with a guest-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• At least 1 year experience in a restaurant environment, serving preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver freshly prepared dishes from kitchen to dining areas promptly and accurately.
• Check orders for correctness and presentation before serving.
• Coordinate with chefs and waitstaff to maintain smooth service flow.
• Ensure meals are served at proper temperature and quality.
• Assist guests with dietary needs or requests related to their orders.
• Keep service areas stocked with utensils, condiments, and supplies.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on food and beverages.
