Job summary

Chica in Las Vegas is seeking a Food Runner to assist servers by cleaning tables and keeping side stations clean and stocked. You will expedite and deliver all food from the kitchen to the table, describe two components of each dish when delivering, and relay special requests between front and back of house.

This role requires a friendly, professional demeanor, the ability to handle multiple guest parties, strong English communication, and the stamina to stand for long periods.

• Preset expo line and backline with appropriate items in place prior to service.
• Deliver all food to dining room and bar with correct plates and presentation.
• Describe two components of each dish when delivering to guests.
• Relay special requests and 86 items between front and back of house.
• Complete tasks as directed by management.
