Job summary

Renaissance Reno Downtown Hotel & Spa seeks a dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to lead the front of house operations and staff in a vibrant hotel setting in downtown Reno. You will train, supervise, and guide the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining brand standards and safety requirements.

The role requires at least two years of F&B supervisory experience and a high school diploma, with opportunities for growth within SHG’s extensive hotel portfolio.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years food and beverage supervisory experience in a similar size operation.

Responsibilities

• Manage front of house operations for the Restaurant/Hotel.
• Provide training, direction, supervision and hands-on support.
• Direct associates and supervisors to achieve F&B goals.
• Ensure proper food and beverage prep and compliance with safety/hygiene standards.
• Hire and train service staff.
• Facilitate communication and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive environment.
• Process bi-weekly payroll.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.
