Qualifications

• High school diploma or certificate; post-secondary education preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of food & beverage supervisory experience in a similar size operation.
• Ability to lead and coach a service team to deliver guest-centric hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Manage the front of house operations for the restaurant/hotel.
• Provide training, direction, supervision and hands-on support.
• Direct associates and supervisors to meet F&B goals and standards.
• Ensure proper preparation of food/beverages; maintain safety and hygiene.
• Hire and train service staff; foster a positive work environment.
• Coordinate communication, engagement and conflict resolution.
• Process bi-weekly payroll; manage inventory and ordering.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.
