Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fleet Management, Transportation Management, Logistics, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of dispatch or fleet management experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in mapping tools and communication systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Teams, Excel, Telematics, Outlook and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Schedule customer delivery appointments, production shuttling, and any other moves to support the business needs.
• Use proper channels for all scheduling and coordinate routing.
• Maintain daily audit of Hours of Service, Dash Cam Events, and Daily Vehicle Inspection Reports; address defects promptly.
• Use Telematics systems to track driver locations and update fleet data as needed.
• Maintain on-time maintenance intervals and inspect tractors/trailers for cleanliness.
• Communicate routing progress to leadership and report safety incidents to management and HR.
