Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Fleet Management, Transportation Management, Logistics, or related field of study or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in dispatch or fleet management.
• 1–3 years of experience in mapping tools, communication systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel) and Telematics software.

Responsibilities

• Schedule customer delivery appointments, production shuttling, and moves using proper channels.
• Coordinate driver routing and maintain timely communications with drivers.
• Daily audit of Hours of Service, Dash Cam Events, and DVIR; assist with vehicle breakdowns as needed.
• Use Telematics to track driver locations and update fleet data.
• Ensure on-time maintenance and inspect tractors/trailers for cleanliness.
