Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, fitness, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable initiating conversations and asking for the sale.
• Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented.
• Able to follow a structured sales process while still communicating naturally.
• Organized and consistent with lead follow-up.
• Passionate about fitness, wellness, and helping others improve their lives.
• Positive attitude and the ability to bring energy into the workplace.
• Personal training or fitness management experience is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fitness consultations, goal assessments, and personal training sales presentations.
• Convert new members, leads, and referrals into personal training clients.
• Follow up consistently with prospective clients by phone, text, and in person.
• Build relationships with members and identify opportunities to provide additional services.
• Clearly communicate the value and benefits of personal training.
• Overcome sales objections and confidently ask for the sale.
• Maintain accurate sales records, follow-up notes, and client information.
• Work closely with personal trainers to ensure a smooth transition from the sale into the client experience.
• Monitor client satisfaction, retention, and overall fulfillment.
