Job summary

EōS Fitness in Henderson, NV is hiring a Fitness Counselor to actively enroll new members through self-generated and company-sponsored programs and referrals. Your lively sales approach will help members pursue their fitness goals and engage with the club community.

In this fast-paced role you will handle membership sales, billing, customer service, and be the go-to person for information about products, programs, and events, with weekday, weekend, and holiday availability.

Qualifications

• Must pass Background Check.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• CPR certification within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to bend and stop to access equipment and perform maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Membership Sales (Club and Individual) including services, products, programs.
• Manage membership billing processes and fitness sales pipeline.
• Provide customer service: friendly, clean, helpful, problem resolution.
• Act as information hub with knowledge of products, programs and events.
