Job summary

EōS Fitness is seeking a Fitness Counselor to drive membership enrollments and support members in achieving their fitness goals. You will pursue new member enrollment through self-generated and company-sponsored programs, promotions, and referrals in a fast-paced gym setting.

Your energetic sales approach and people skills will help potential members get started, with responsibilities spanning sales, billing support, and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Communicate well with members and fellow team members with a customer service mentality.
• Team player and be willing to jump into any task and get it done.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and sales skills.
• Able to work independently, multi-task in a fast-paced and demanding work environment.
• Strong attention to detail while producing accurate and high-quality work.
• Available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable with technology, ability to quickly shift focus, and phone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Membership Sales (Club and Individual - including services, products, programs)
• Manage membership billing processes and fitness sales pipeline.
• Customer Service (friendly, clean, helpful, problem resolution)
• Act as an information hub, offering comprehensive knowledge of products, programs, and events.
