EōS Fitness is seeking a fun, energetic Fitness Counselor to drive memberships and support potential members in achieving their fitness goals. In this fast-paced, energy-driven position, you will promote programs, handle inquiries, and contribute to member satisfaction.

Responsibilities include Membership Sales for club and services, management of billing processes, delivering outstanding customer service, and serving as a knowledge hub for products, programs, and events.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service mentality and be a proactive team player.
• Excellent mathematical, analytical, and sales abilities.
• Comfortable using technology and maintaining phone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Membership Sales (Club and Individual) including services, products, programs.
• Manage membership billing processes and fitness sales pipeline.
• Customer Service with a friendly, helpful approach and issue resolution.
• Act as information hub with knowledge of products, programs, and events.
