EōS Fitness in Carrollton, TX is seeking a Fitness Counselor to help new members enroll through self-generated and company-sponsored programs. You will use a lively sales approach to support members in achieving their fitness goals while representing a team that values energy and enthusiasm.

In this fast-paced role you’ll act as an information hub for products, programs, and events, handle membership billing, and contribute to a vibrant, supportive gym culture with opportunities for promotion

Qualifications

• Strong customer service mentality and communication with members.
• Team player willing to take on various tasks.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and sales skills.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

• Available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

• Membership Sales (Club and Individual - including services, products, programs)
• Manage membership billing processes and fitness sales pipeline.
• Customer Service (friendly, clean, helpful, problem resolution)
• Act as an information hub, offering comprehensive knowledge of products, programs, and events.
