Job summary

SPENGA in Loveland, Ohio is looking for dynamic instructors to lead classes combining spin, strength, and yoga. Instructors will complete SPENGA Certification and create engaging workouts for groups of 20, while embodying the SPENGA brand.

The role offers free instructor training, a vibrant team environment, and various perks. Compensation ranges from $35.00 to $55.00 per hour, reflecting the importance of creating a motivating fitness community.

Qualifications

• Must complete in-house instructor training and pass audition to be considered for employment.
• Experience and/or certifications in Spinning and Yoga are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes consisting of spin, strength, and yoga components.
• Safely engage and motivate groups of 20 people through a fast-paced workout.
• Promote and add to the SPENGA culture in and out of the studio.

Skills

Current personal/group training certification

Ability to multi-task and command a room

Excellent customer service and sales skills

Energy and confidence

Experience in Personal Training and/or Group Fitness Training
