Job summary

SPENGA is seeking energetic instructors for its Hilliard and Gahanna studios in Ohio. Instructors will lead SPENGA’s 60-minute workouts (spin, strength, yoga), complete SPENGA certification, and embody the brand as ambassadors in and out of the studio.

Roles require strong customer service, ability to engage groups up to 20, and willingness to learn the new SPENGA philosophy. Training is provided and employee membership is included.

Qualifications

• Current personal/group training certification; spin/yoga certifications are a plus.
• Ability to adapt to SPENGA's fitness philosophy and multi-task in a fast-paced studio.
• Excellent customer service, sales skills, and room management.
• Must complete in-house instructor training and pass audition.

Responsibilities

• Complete SPENGA Certification in spin, strength, and yoga.
• Teach classes with spin, strength, and yoga components.
• Create and lead workouts according to the SPENGA model.
• Engage and motivate groups of up to 20 in a fast-paced workout.
• Modify exercises to accommodate different fitness levels.
• Retain and increase client participation.
• Set up and reset studio equipment before/after classes.
• As ambassadors, promote and contribute to SPENGA culture in/out of studio.
