A fitness company is seeking instructors to lead engaging spin, strength, and yoga classes, promoting wellness within the community. Instructors will be responsible for engaging clients in high-energy workouts, adapting exercises to different fitness levels, and driving participation. The role requires a current personal training certification along with excellent customer service skills. Compensation ranges from $35.00 to $55.00 per hour, and training is provided to become SPENGA certified.

Qualifications

• Experience in Personal Training, Group Fitness, Spinning, or Yoga.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new fitness philosophies.
• Must complete in-house instructor training and pass audition.

Responsabilités

• Complete SPENGA Certification in spin, strength, and yoga.
• Teach classes consisting of spin, strength, and yoga components.
• Engage and motivate groups of 20 through workouts.
